The Utah Legislature released an updated version of their recovery plan yesterday, detailing new goals for the recovery of the economy. Governor Gary Herbert reiterated that we should still practice social distancing and safe hygiene even though the future looks hopeful. If we do our part, Governor Herbert said, “I foresee the opportunity here starting the first of May to start to begin relaxing restrictions” (time at 30:50).
